It does track miles, speed, elevation changes, etc for several different types of activities. I've never noticed anything about calories burned, but it probably does. It also tracks sleep patternsOverall, the MiBand 5 keeps track of quite a bit and has a good connection/app with my Samsung smartphone. It is simple, small, light, has a good display - and the battery lasts 7-10 days.
