    A Reds an app on some internet enabled device
  3. Q How can I set my wyze up to be motion activated? My screen will not light up unless I tap it.
    A Wyze app, Band, Settings, Raise to Wake, set 12am to 12am next day for it to do it all the time, otherwise set a different time for it to only raise to wake at specific times.
  4. Q Can Alexa on the watch be disabled on the watch itself? Thanks
    A As long as you don't connect to Alexa it won't work. You can also edit which apps to show on your watch using the app.
  5. Q My watch stopped working & now it just comes up with C806 not sure what that means but it won't let me use any other features or see the time.
    A I don’t know but are you sure you get the charger on correct? It is a little tricky and I always listen for the click and then tug gently to see its actually seated.
  6. Q Does this tracker/app have a place for you to enter your caloric intake and measure your macros?
    A No its all stuff that can be recorded by the watch itself…. Plus the watch is about basic as it comes . Not really that much you can do with it but can complain about how much it was

    A I suppose? If the band loses connection with the app (bluetooth icon crossed out), opening the wyze band app will allow it to sync/reconnect. Keep in mind that bluetooth has to stay enabled on your device for it to communicate with the app.
  8. Q can you play music though the device or command to play music ?
    A For future reference, the tracker doesnt have a speaker, only a small vibration motor for notifications and such.. Anything you ask it will be displayed on screen not spoken.
  9. Q Is Alexa available in other languages or just english?
    A Yes, you can switch languages in the Alexa app on your device by going to language settings.

  11. Q Does this tracker sync with any other health apps? fitbit, applehealth, myfitnesspal or something like that?
    A It connects to Apple health seemlessly and therefore to MyFitnessPal. Fitbit is more complicated but you can integrate all of it through a 3rd-party app.
  12. Q What phone app does this smartwatch use?
    A It's very easy. You download the Wyze app and you will be set up in under a minute.
  13. Q Does this sync with samsung health?
    A No you can't sync with Samsung health. But the one that's bring with it, is ok
  14. Q does it have blood oxygen level sensor capacity on it? I really would like this also.
    A Not that I know of. The instructions are not up to par, and the watch has many areas that the book does not address. The watch is great, especially for the price. You can get a oxygen sensor for your finger for a few bucks online. Maybe the Wyze website will give more info.

    A I dont think so. But not entirely sure. I havent seen the option for selecting a different language in the settings

    A Yes, I tested this out today and it works. Just can't reply, only can read the messages

    A You get two different size bands with it.

    A Yes for I phone, no for GPS.

    A Yes. Works well. Good product.
  20. Q Is App audible via amazon.com uploaded?
    A Not that I know of. The Band is fairly primitive at this point but Audible may be included with future updates
  21. Q Is there an analog display to get for the tracker? It has cool digital displays, but are there any that may have hands and seconds like a watch face?
    A I'm not sure on this, my tracker died and I'm awaiting a replacement so I don't currently have access to the app. If I remember correctly, there are several time display options available in the app and one of them may be analog.
  22. Q I have one of these and mine keeps disconnecting from Alexa unless I keep the wyze app open. Is that suppose to happen?
    A The Alexa function on mine is horrible! I have only ever gotten it to work a few times. It usually times out, says it doesn't understand, or can't connect. There is no rhyme or reason to it. It is just very unreliable to the point that the Alexa function is useless for me. (The few times it has actually worked, I had my phone nearby but I did not have the Wyze app open, fwiw.)
  23. Q How can I stop the app from running in the background...it seems to drain the battery?
    A Mine is draining my iPhone battery like crazy. I don't know the answer but I may have to stop using my tracker. (I have other Wyze products that use the app, and they do NOT drain my phone battery.) It's something to do with the tracker because it wasn't a problem before.
  24. Q how does alexa work if it doesn't speak back to you?
    A I have been successful in getting it to follow an Alexa command exactly three times (turn on a light, display the temperature, and play music on my Echo Dot.) The other times it says it doesn't understand, has timed out, doesn't know that, or there is a problem with the connection. I can't even get it to tell the Dot to play music again. I'm very disappointed in it and can't figure out why it doesn't work.

    A No

    A Doubt it but you can contact Wyze directly. They are very responsive
  27. Q it seems to be draining my phone battery rapidly...if I have a wye camera on the same app..can that be a cause?
    A I also have a Wyze camera on the app. I understand that the battery drain is due to the necessity of the app running in the background. I think I read that the Wyze team will be working on that. I limit my notifications on the Wyze watch to messages only.

  29. Q Can the heart rate display be locked on while exercising (i.e., screen doesn't go blank)?
    A Yes. There are 2 screens in the Run/exercise function. Heart rate is in the 2nd screen and it remains in place.
  30. Q Is there a GPS receiver built into the device?
    A Nope. Only uses your phone connection.
  31. Q band length - what size wrist does this fit? I have a 9" circumference wrist.
    A It will probably be snug. The band is about 9”.My wrist is 6” and I have extra length.
  32. Q Can we use our own wallpapers for the watch face?
    A Yes. Any photograph you have on your iPhone, can be put on the watch face via the Wyze app.
  33. Q Does it have a built in oximeter?
    A No, only pulse
  34. Q Why is the ine customer rating one star and theynsay works great.?
    A The watch works fine although it has several issues. Set up can be difficult, patience is definitely needed. The features work ok, step counter is off a little, heart beats as well. Notifications works fine. I give the watch a five out of ten.

    A When I turn my phone off the screen tells me I have lost connection and it won't give me any information.
  36. Q Do you have to be on home WiFi to use Alexa?
    A No it connects through the wyze app and continues to get info through your phone like weather

    A No just steps walked
  38. Q can you control smart bulbs?
    A You can control any wyze product - you have to setup shortcuts and you can use the Alexa app I believe.

    A You can communicate with Alexa but that's really it there's no speaker so Alexa doesn't speak back
