A No, it is not possible to pair it with any other device and it can only be set up using Health Mate app.

A The Steel HR watch does not have another model with a SpO2 sensor. If you are pertaining to the ScanWatch, please know that it is currently available in Europe, selected countries in Asia, and in Canada. ScanWatch will soon be available in the US. We do not have information yet as to when would be the release date in the US. We will communicate further information soon. For reference, please check this link: https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004508098-ScanWatch-When-will-ScanWatch-be-available-.

A It does not show mileage on the watch face as a continuous function. One needs to press the button at 3 o’clock to show it, this after you have cycled through date, time, heart rate, steps, etc. Once the mileage shows it will stay visible for approximately 15 seconds and then fades. Long winded you will need to press a button to see the mileage. Not to big of an issue but it just might be for someone who needs to see it continuously.
-
A The limited-edition Withings Steel HR Blue & Rose Gold model features sapphire glass.
-
A Can't help with an Apple but works great with all kinds of Android. Don't know about any workaround. Sorry. But it's a fabulous watch and it's helping me get healthy.
-
A I don't believe so. It dries the data and then passes it on when in range.
-
A The Withings Steel HR can withstand a pressure similar to that of a 50 m (165 ft) depth. However, it can’t be used for diving or snorkeling.
-
A This watch has a heavy face and case. Mine slips too, but I wear my watches somewhat loosely. You could get a replacement watchstrap and wear it tightly if that bothers you.
-
A no
-
A steel hr and hr sports
-
A It is after the latest update
-
A Yes, through the app
-
A The watch comes with a grey silicon strap as well as the blue leather one.
-
A It is fully automated, but it does a very good job of sensing when you are awake and asleep. It records all the naps i take.
-
A No.
-
A Gold
-
A This is a watch. If you press the button, the screen will light up with the time.
-
A As far as I can tell, it can export to .CSV (excel file) but does NOT support .tcx, .fit, or .gpx. In other words, your fitness ACTIVITY data can be exported, but specific workouts (including GPS tracked activities) cannot be exported.
-
A Close to 10mm, but looks thinner because it is very convex
-
A Nope. That's the beauty of it. It does not have any extras, only a Bluetooth connection to sync the data to your phone. Everything else is minimal. This is the reason I have it for almost a year and I have only charged it twice. In short, it is NOT a smartwatch, it is a normal watch that measures your sleep, pulse and exercise.
-
A do not think so, do not use strava
-
A do not use strava, do not think so
-
A the watch has its own pulse reading. it does not interact with Garmin or other heart monitors, it is its own.
-
A You can only set one alarm
-
A When you hit the button to activate the LCD screen the time then date shows.
-
A They do have connected GPS but you need to have your phone hooked up to it for that.
-
A yes
-
A You can receive notifications, and even the contents (like text & Facebook messages will scroll across the screen), but you cannot make or receive calls on the watch.
-
A No wifi or data that I'm aware of.
-
A Compatible with any Android phone...
-
A Bluetooth only
-
A If the sport isn't listed via the button on the side then chose another one and change in the app after it has recorded the exercuse. The button then learns what to show from frequently used exercises
-
A No only Withings Health Mate app
-
A I have an iPhone 6 and it works with it.
-
A I see texts but never emails.
-
A About 30mm, for the hr steel
-
A The watch connects to the "Health Mate" app. I have an android phone and it works fine. I would assume Health Mate would also have an iPhone app.
-
A No, these products haven’t this function.
-
A My watch face says Nokia
-
A Steel HR chargers are available directly from Nokia at this time. If you had any problem with the charger included with your watch, our customer service team would be happy to assist you at health.nokia.com/support .
-
A Contact Nokia customer service at health.nokia.com/support .
-
A No, it does not have a timer.
-
A From Withings: 36mm and 40mm are referring to the size of the face of the watch, including the glass and the bezel. The 36mm Steel HR uses a 18mm wide wristband, which is included with the watch. If you would like to look into other bands from Nokia or a third party, be sure to look for an 18mm size band so it fits. The 40mm Steel HR uses a 20mm wide wristband. The 18mm wide wristbands will be too small to fit it, so be sure to look for 20mm wide wristbands when buying one.
-
A The watch only tracks heart rate continuously when you have it in a “workout”. however when not set to workout mode it will track heart rate at random times throughout the day and gives you an average for the day as well as a chart of what your HR looked like throughout the day. So yes, it does track min and max... but might not be the super accurate min and max because it’s not always continuously tracking.
-
A You download the free app Heathmate that tracks your information. Easy to use and helpful. Great when also paired with a wireless Nokia scale.
-
A When you physically start a workout/activity (by pushing the button), it samples every 30-seconds. However, that is not clear since their software "upgrade" a few months ago (summer 2018), which for some reason, deleted the exact timestamp on every reading. I wish they'd bring that feature back. In addition to not seeing when a particular measurement was taken, you must add the minutes on the x-axis timeline, on the app, to your start time in order to see when a particular heart rate occurred.
-
A Sorry, but I am not sure. I have map my ride on my phone and my phone is paired to the Nokia; however, I haven't tried to see if map my ride shows up on the Nokia.
-
A If you press the button on the side, the screen will light up and scroll through the date, time, and other facts.
-
A I'm using Nokia Steel HR and have no GPS. Only Withings Steel HR Sport version has GPS
-
A It's unlikely you will ever need to replace the battery under normal use. Typical battery will last at least 500 cycles and wt 25 days per cycle it should last three decades. The battery will likely degrade before that, but again will you will want this watch in 10 years? If you plan to pass it to your grandchildren the Swiss will help you get an alternative (Patek Philippe father son anyone?)
-
A Yes, This is by far the best watch I've ever had if you don't get it you will regret it
-
A I don't use a treadmill either, but I noticed that if I just pace around my desk when I'm on the phone, it doesn't count the steps. So I would assume it is GPS-based.
-
A You need to download the special app that goes with Nokia watch.
-
A There is no PC app for this device. Smartphones and tablets only.
-
A No. It measures heart rate, steps, distance, and calories. It also has a silent alarm feature.
-
A Bluetooth LE needs to spend less battery power because the watch is always connected to your phone to send notifications to your smartphone. Otherwise, the battery would drain quickly on both the watch and the android smartphone.
-
A It will vibrate and state the contact name of who the message or call is from. It does NOT do group message alerts and the vibration is a bit weak- especially as the battery wears down. You cannot read the message.
-
A Yes to all parts of your question
-
A Yes the watch does come with a charger. The watch only needs charging every 25 days though.
-
A I do not recommend buying the product due to the lack of many features, such as GPS, not to calculate exercises such as climbing the ladder, for a high price, and answer your question to know the type of metal used
-
A It will display HR UNTIL you turn it off.
-
A If you want to track your inactivity, then may I recommend the inactivity tracker: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=inactivity.jb.fcb.com.inactivity&hl=en:)But this watch looks great and I'm ordering it!
-
A Yes, it does. You set it using the app and it has an option to wake you up a little earlier if you want when it detects you are in light sleep and will wake up easier.
-
A Display incoming calls (name or number), message (name or number) - the message text is missing, and also receives notifications from the calendar.
-
A It has over 15 physical activities programed that you may select to record on as well as an "other" selection.
-
A Only show the twxt is from, no display
-
A Yes, the device is Google Fit compatible but only through the Nokia Health Mate app.
-
A Yes, and the app is very stable. It does a good job of sending calendar items and text notifications to the watch. It only seems to sync your daily stats from your watch and to your cell when you open the app so it doesn't seem to push stats to your phone in the background.
-
A As the previous person says, holding the crown of the watch down for a couple of seconds will take you into the continuous heart rate monitor. This is typically used for workouts, as it will run down the battery faster than normal operation, but can be used whenever you want a continuous heart rate readout . Under normal operation, the watch seems to check my heart rate every 5 minutes or less.
-
A I didn't synchronize mine for almost a month at one point and when I did, the watch didn't change time so I think it does a good job managing time accuracy.
-
A I took it for a swim and snorkeling a couple of times and so far, no condensation build-up.
-
A Sorry but it is a Christmas present. So will let u know in a few days.
-
A Rechargeable, it comes with a charging dock you place the watch on to recharge.
