A No, it does not monitor that. It only monitors heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen level, sleep, exercise, calories burned and steps. You can receive messages from your phone on it, weather, has a timer as well and it has a camera. hope this helps! I really like mine and the charge has lasted 10 days at a time. The app keeps track for 7 straight days so you can compare. The app will show you how long your were in deep sleep and light sleep, it keeps an average of your heart rate while you sleep as well.

A You need to download the HeroBandIII app from the Google Play store. Took me an hour+ to find any reference to this app, but once I did it was quick and easy. Also, once you download the app, you need to disconnect the BT and reconnect the watch through the app, a little confusing, but again once it was connected it worked.

This watch check blood pressue, pulse, oxygen, dozens of exercises, time and date, text msg from your cell and notifications, and the list goes on. I wrote two prior reviews for this and another smart watch I bought from this vendor. It averages 40.00 sometimes less with coupon yet works better then 250.00 fitbit and 400.00 apple watch with great accuracy. Monitors heart rate and more.
